Joe is a licensed clinical social worker and addictions specialist who has been practicing for over 18 years.  He has worked in correctional institutions for adults and juveniles as well as inpatient, residential and outpatient mental health and addictions agencies.  He has also provided trainings in different private and public settings on a number of topics including workplace safety and communication skills. He is co-founder of Outlook Associates.  Joe's current practice is focused on anger management, chemical addictions and depression and anxiety issues for adults, couples and adolescents.

Lisa is a licensed clinical social worker with 13 years of experience working with adults, children and families. She has been employed providing clinical services in a variety of settings including residential treatment centers, mental health clinics, and home and school-based care. Lisa has also served as a clinical consultant to Head Start preschool programs around children’s behavior and developmental issues. Her practice is focused around parenting and anger management issues including facilitating the women's anger management group.
